Known as the Mama Cash Home, it was purchased in 1974 by country music legend Johnny Cash for his parents, Ray and Carrie. The home is across the street from the lakefront property where Johnny and June Carter Cash lived for more than 30 years. The house is in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
Lunchbox decided to call the real estate agent on the listing and see if his alter ego Jason Gibble could close the deal. He asked what songs Cash wrote there along with some other Cash-related questions. The agent tolerated Gibble for a decent amount of time.
The final straw was Lunchbox saying he could pay in all cash and the agent asked him to send her his bank statements.
