Alex Tiso, an 18-year-old from Rockland County, New York, was faced with the daunting essay writing portion of college applications and was lacking inspiration. That was, until, he decided to write the burrito bowl he always orders from Qdoba. He compared each of the ingredients to aspects of his personality, like how queso can adapt to any situation so can he, he's the life of the party like cheese, and soon and so forth! This tactic worked because was accepted to The University of Delaware, which was his dream school. Maybe even cooler than that, he will get free Qdoba for a year, and they're naming his favorite bowl after him at the location closest to that college's campus.
