Early this morning Taylor posted a series of photos on Instagram to make a collage on her feed that depicts her standing in the woods, looking very small. She followed these up with a few more photos and captions that explain she is releasing her 8th studio album tonight! It's called Folklore, and she wrote and recorded it in isolation although it will feature collaborations from Bon Iver, and other musicians who either co-wrote, or produced the songs with her. She also posted the track list which includes 16 songs, plus 1 bonus track available exclusively through her website. Along with the new album she is releasing the music video for the song "cardigan" that she write and directed! Taylor is obviously one of those people who has been productive during quarantine! Maybe we'll see even more surprises from some of our favorite artists soon!
