So I have not gotten on the baking bread at home trend. Mostly because I'm terrible in the kitchen, and also I have no self control so bread would be the only thing I would be eating if I let myself. However, I could not look away from this bread scoring video! It shows how before baking a small blade is used to cut/scratch...score...designs into loaves that then look even more beautiful after baking. I'm not sure if there is a particular type of bread that looks better after scoring than others, but if you're already baking bread at home anyway you might as well give it a try!
