It feels like we've heard for years that you should stop eating by 8pm, or late night snacking is bad for you, but turns out there could be one food that is okay to have right before bed! Cottage cheese!!! Now, I know this is a polarizing food, but I, personally, LOVE it! That's why I'm excited that research from Florida State University found that if you eat it before bed it boosts your metabolism, and helps with muscle recovery, plus won't lead you to gain any body fat.
