A 74 year old woman was hiking on Piestewa Peak in Arizona when she suffered an injury that required her to be airlifted off the trail. No word on what the original injury was, but due to turbulence the helicopter suffered, the stretcher the woman was being lifted on was spinning the whole time she was being hoisted. There was also another line that was supposed to prevent this that failed to do so. While she did experience dizziness and nausea from the rescue (duh), it didn't cause any lasting damage, and it also sounds like she will recover from the original injury.
