A study from the University of Toledo found that if condos they looked at showed a three percent increase in sales price after a brewery opened a half mile or less away from them. Single family homes actually increased in value even more when a brewery popped up near them! That increase was about 10 percent. It's great to know breweries are good for the neighborhood because how convenient would it be to just walk to grab a drink for maybe happy hour after work, or on the weekends?!
