The site Comparably.com, which is a business and compensation site, performed a study recently to determine the best company to work for in 2018, and the top business is not one you probably would have expected! After several employees anonymously rated companies on several different aspects such as work environment, compensation, and leadership, COSTCO was named the best work culture for large companies this last year.
