In news you probably already knew, your boss is wasting your time. At least, that's according to a survey and story by The Wall Street Journal. More than two-thirds of employees say they have to consult with one or more bosses to get their jobs done. This slows down progress instead of speeding it up. They also have to waste time simply waiting for direction from managers, or performing unimportant tasks at the order of those managers.
