It breaks my heart that it came to this point for this dog! She was chained to a deck for FIVE YEARS after her owner had been killed. Neighbors fed the dog and gave her hay to keep her warm. (Not sure why they didn't unchain her or do anything else about it but at least they did what they did I guess?!?!) She is now being fostered and learning to socialize with other dogs, and Stray Rescue is trying to raise money to get her a prosthetic.
