I know my dogs sniff us a lot more when we come home smelling like other dogs, but new study finds they truly do feel jealous! A new study shows that dogs not only get jealous when they're around another dog that may be taking their favorite person's attention, but also feel jealousy even thinking about their human petting another dog! I know my golden retriever body blocks other dogs from getting to me because he wants my attention. He even does this with our other dog, our chocolate lab, and these two have spent their whole lives together. They cuddle, they don't fight over food, they only playfully fight over toys, but Rigby still can't stand it when he thinks Sawyer is getting attention that he's not.
