If you loved the retro style Taylor Swift rocked in her "You Need to Calm Down" video, or just love vintage 1940ish looks, this tutorial will teach you how to achieve it! Now, I haven't personally tried to follow this tutorial yet, but she makes it all look super simple and doable for even someone who is incapable of doing anything to my hair other than wear it straight, put a slight wave in it, or pile it on top of my head in a messy bun.
