According to a study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, adults who sleep more than seven to eight hours were linked to a higher risk of death. The risk of death is about 14 percent higher for those who slept 9 hours per night, and that increases to a 30 percent higher risk when the amount of sleep goes up to 10 hours!
