So there are benefits of sleeping with a fan on....probably all benefits you know and that's why you sleep with a fan! But, they include controlled room temperature, constant air circulation and the sound of white noise, which helps some people sleep.
Sadly, experts thing the negatives might outweigh the benefits. The biggest being the affect on your allergies with the dust and pollen they can circulate. It can also dry our your nasal passages which negatively affects your sinuses.
