They hope to eliminate plastic straws from all their locations by 2020. There has been a huge movement to eliminate plastic straws since they are bad for the environment and contribute to so much waste. It seems as though they'll move to a sippy cup lid design. I don't hate it...but there will still be plastic waste with all the cups and lids so just one step closer to reducing waste. Click the link in the tweet below to read more!
