Trouble Falling Asleep At Night? Writing a To-Do List Could Help!

Baylor University did a study and found that when people write out the things they need to do the next day before bed, it helps them sleep better! Apparently making a to-do list keeps you from thinking about all those things when you should be falling asleep. If you've been having a hard time falling asleep give this a try tonight? I've always been someone whose mind races at night, and my boyfriend has actually been telling me to try this for a while, so it sounds like I need to give it a chance too!
