Willie Nelson Saving More Than Just Country Music

Willie Nelson is not a one trick pony!

The country music legend calls his 700-acre Texas ranch, “Luck” and the name of his farm is very appropriate considering 70 horses who were all destined for the slaughterhouse, now reside here.

Aligned to the farm’s sentiment for ‘Luck,’ Willie shared with KSAT, “My horses are probably the luckiest horses in the world. They get hand-fed twice a day, and they were just ready to go to slaughter is probably the last thing they remembered, so they’re happy horses.”

Willie’s equestrian passion weaves its way into music, as fans can expect a new album entitled, ‘Bring Me Back Home’ to be on the horizon.
