How to Safely Return to the Gym

The Guardian shared this advice from a doctor on precautions to take to stay healthy when exercising in fitness centers, as they begin to reopen across some states. Some of the suggestions include bringing two towels, one for wiping down equipment and one for sweat. They also recommend bringing your own disinfectant wipes if you can, in case there's a limited supply or none available at your gym. Face the wall or mirrors when working out and distance yourself from others especially when breathing heavy. Avoid the locker room as much as possible, especially when it comes to showering...just do that at home.
