Remy is on the Insanity bandwagon right now and getting into shape before the holidays hit. Some of the things on this list took us by surprise so we wanted to share!
1. The Elliptical - it's not a natural body motion and is surprisingly ineffective.
2. Working out for long periods of time at a moderate pace
3. Lollygagging - don't spend too much time in between intervals...you're defeating the purpose.
4. Too much cardio - Too little strength training
5. Hydrating with sports drinks - two words: sugar & calories
6. Doing to the same excercises over and over
7. Going it alone - grab a friend...they'll push you harder!
